Hello & Welcome!

I am so grateful you stopped by. I have something important to talk to you about... As you know, we are all dealing with the devastating Coronavirus COVID19 and we are all concerned about the transmission... however, not many people are talking about how it could affect our pets, as well.

Here I will share with you, the guidelines as per WHO and CDC have determined we should follow to keep our pets safe.

Let's take care of our pets

It is important to mention, the CDC and WHO have NOT received any information on whether our pets are at a high risk or not, however, it is important to keep them safe and away from potential risks.

There have been confirmed cases of dogs that tested positive in China but none so far in the States.

As a Pet Photographer and an animal lover, I want to make sure you have all the information on this as you can.

So, How do we stay healthy around our pets?

"In the States, there is no evidence to suggest that any animals, including pets, livestock, or wildlife, might be a source of COVID-19 infection at this time. However, because all animals can carry germs that can make people sick, it’s always a good idea to practice healthy habits around pets and other animals."

  • Wash your hands after handling animals, their food, waste, or supplies.
  • Refrain from kissing your pet's mouth/nose
  • Practice good pet hygiene and clean up after your pet properly.
  • If your pet is showing signs of sickness, take them to the veterinarian and talk about any questions or concerns you may have. Of course, it's recommended to call instead of going for safety's measures.
  • Walk them as usual but keep distance from other animals or humans

If you are sick, keep away from your pets to make sure they are safe.
